Animals in Focus Photography Course Non Member
Photographer Lindsay Poland from Camera Perfect, takes you on a tour through the beautiful surroundings of Adelaide Zoo to share his secrets of perfect animal photography.

Learn how to photograph through glass, how to make the wire disappear and techniques that will help to enhance your photos and make the most of your camera.

These one-day courses (6 hours, 10am - 5pm) will focus mainly on hands-on photography. The two courses vary to cater for the needs of ‘Beginner’ and ‘Advanced’ photographers and involve and include a combination of theory and practical sessions through the day.

SLR Basics: An introduction to animal photography

Theory: shutter speed, aperture and film speed. Use these techniques to help photograph through glass and learn how to make wire ‘disappear’.

Advanced SLR: Advanced animal photography

Theory: Combine technical theory with a greater understanding of composition, available light and good design. Learn to avoid common pitfalls and produce great animal image.
